How to present a paper?
Most of the participants at the Congress will present a paper in a section or working group. Here are some words of advice concerning the presentation.

To observe for paper presenters
In most seminars rooms there will be a laptop (PC) and facilities for Power Point presentations. IT IS ENOUGH TO BRING A USB MEMORY STICK. If you bring your own Mac laptop to the Congress, please observe that you have to bring a VGA adapter as well – to be able to connect your laptop to the projectors in the seminar rooms.

Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 30 May 2008, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less 50 euro for administrative expenses. For cancellations made after 13 June 2008 we regret that no refunds can be made.
Cancellation of Social events
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellation of social events will be accepted until 30 May 2008, up to which date the total amount will be refunded. For cancellations made after 30 May 2008 we regret that no refunds can be made.
Cancellation of Hotel reservation
Notification of cancellation must be made directly to the hotel.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which they were received (e.g. credit card refund will be issued back to the credit card and bank transfers will be refunded to a bank account). Refunds will be handled after the conference.
