Conference registration payment should be made on-line by credit card or within ten days after registration by bank transfer. For persons registering late payment must be made not later than June 20, 2008.

Credit card payment

Payment is made by Visa or MasterCard on-line via the congress registration form. The transaction is processed via a secured connection to your bank. Your credit card number will not be saved in our database. Please follow the directions on the registration page.

Bank transfer

Please indicate the reference information mentioned below on all money transfers. The Congress Secretariat will not be responsible for identifying funds transferred directly into the account when the name of the participant or order number is not mentioned, nor will the Congress Secretariat accept charges of bank fees associated with the transfer.

Scandinavian residents may pay by PlusGiro transfer. PlusGiro: 15657-0. Please refer to: 12005/31100/2334802, your name and the order number received in your registration confirmation.

Payment confirmation

Confirmation of on-line card payment is sent by e-mail immediately after registration. Confirmation of bank transfers will be sent by e-mail within one week after receipt of payment.

Admission to the congress

Registrations will be confirmed automatically, directly on the screen and in an e-mail confirmation. However, please note that admission to the congress is granted only if the Congress Secretariat has received the registration fee.

Admission to events and tours

Events within the social programme will be confirmed automatically, directly on the screen and in an e-mail, on a “first come, first served” basis. Please note that admission to the tours and/or events subject to a charge is granted only if the Congress Secretariat has received the participation fee.
