How to present a paper?
Most of the participants at the Congress will present a paper in a section or working group. Here are some words of advice concerning the presentation.

To observe for paper presenters
In most seminars rooms there will be a laptop (PC) and facilities for Power Point presentations. IT IS ENOUGH TO BRING A USB MEMORY STICK. If you bring your own Mac laptop to the Congress, please observe that you have to bring a VGA adapter as well – to be able to connect your laptop to the projectors in the seminar rooms.

Travel Grants

You might apply for travel grants, if you are from a low income country.
Provide your case of financial hardship by good arguments - but no more than two pages.
NOTIFICATION: Deadline for application april 15
Please, give your name, full address, bank account no., tel.no., e-mail address, and the title of your proposed paper. Please, state as well, what section and/ or working group you have applied to.
Grants can only be recieved by those with papers accepted by a section or a working group.
Therefore, decisions on travel grants cannot be made until mid april.

NOTIFICATION: All applicants who have will receive travel grants will have their letter of confirmation by e-mail no later than May 13.
High income countries
Countries listed below are classed as High Income countries by the World Bank. If you reside in one of these countries you do not qualify for IAMCR’s travel grants.
