Registration for the Congress is made electronically on the following pages.

The registration page will be open until June 20, 2008.

Please note that the deadline for early registration is June 15, 2008. After this date the late fee will be charged.

Confirmation of Registration

In order to receive an automatic confirmation of registration on e-mail, please make sure to indicate the e-mail address on the registration form!

Registration for events, included or not in the registration fee, must also be marked on the form, in order to obtain a ticket. Please note that registration for the various tours and events will be confirmed upon registration on a ”first come, first served” basis, and numbers may be restricted.

Accompanying person

Any person accompanying a registered participant only during the offered social events is considered as accompanying person.

Registration of accompanying persons and payment of the social event fee is made by the registered participant on his/hers registration form, where there is an option of choosing extra tickets for the social events.

Please note that the fees for accompanying persons for the events or tours within the social programme does not include scientific sessions, lunches or refreshments.

Participants who have already registered may add accompanying persons to their registrations. Payment for accompanying persons is made either through credit card (participants will receive a blank form by e-mail to be faxed to the Congress Secretariat at +46-8-161925) or bank transfer (please see the payment page for information).

Alterations

Alterations to your registration must be made in writing and sent to the Congress Secretariat by fax, post or e-mail This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Change of Name

Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. An administration fee of 10 euro will be charged after June 20, 2008.

Letter of Invitation

Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorisation to attend the conference should contact the organising committee at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . The invitation does not financially obligate the conference in any way. Expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the participant.
