How to present a paper?
Most of the participants at the Congress will present a paper in a section or working group. Here are some words of advice concerning the presentation.

To observe for paper presenters
In most seminars rooms there will be a laptop (PC) and facilities for Power Point presentations. IT IS ENOUGH TO BRING A USB MEMORY STICK. If you bring your own Mac laptop to the Congress, please observe that you have to bring a VGA adapter as well – to be able to connect your laptop to the projectors in the seminar rooms.

In most seminars rooms there will be a laptop (PC) and facilities for Power Point presentations. IT IS ENOUGH TO BRING A USB MEMORY STICK. If you bring your own Mac laptop to the Congress, please observe that you have to bring a VGA adapter as well – to be able to connect your laptop to the projectors in the seminar rooms.
If you bring a USB memory stick with files made on a Mac computer there might be slight compatibility problems when doing a Power Point presentation. If it happens, a host will support you in the seminar room.
All Swedish electricity has the European standard, which means that if you are coming from countries with another standard (like the United States or the United Kingdom), you have to bring an electric adapter for the socket.
