  • To observe for paper presenters

    In most seminars rooms there will be a laptop (PC) and facilities for Power Point presentations. IT IS ENOUGH TO BRING A USB MEMORY STICK. If you bring your own Mac laptop to the Congress, please observe that you have to bring a VGA adapter as well – to be able to connect your laptop to the projectors in the seminar rooms.

Arrival registration to the IAMCR Congress in Stockholm

You are welcome to register your arrival at the Aula Magna reception desk (University campus) next to the entrance as soon as you can, on Sunday July 20 or Monday July 21. You will then get your conference material, tickets, badge etc.

Arrival registration will start on Sunday July 20, at 15:00, and on Monday July 21, at 8:30. The reception desk will be staffed all through the congress week, for questions and problem solving, and for late arrival registration as well. This is the schedule for the reception desk in Aula Magna (level 4):

Sunday (July 20): 15:00 – 21:00
Monday - Thursday (July 21-24): 8:30 – 17:00
Friday (July 25): 8:30 – 14:00

Revised Congress fees

utropstecken.jpgThe Congress fees for the IAMCR congress have been revised, and will be lower than announced before for all groups of participants except non-members. Participants who already have registered and paid higher fees will get the difference refunded from the Congress administration during June.
