How to present a paper?
Most of the participants at the Congress will present a paper in a section or working group. Here are some words of advice concerning the presentation.

To observe for paper presenters
In most seminars rooms there will be a laptop (PC) and facilities for Power Point presentations. IT IS ENOUGH TO BRING A USB MEMORY STICK. If you bring your own Mac laptop to the Congress, please observe that you have to bring a VGA adapter as well – to be able to connect your laptop to the projectors in the seminar rooms.

Opening ceremony
The opening ceremony will be held in the great auditorium of Aula Magna.The main speaker is Vandana Shiva, physicist, environmental activist and author. In 1993, Shiva received the Alternative Nobel Prize for placing women and ecology at the heart of modern development discourse. We will enjoy music performed by singers from the Royal Swedish Opera. A Buffet dinner will be served and a cash bar will be available throughout.
Please note: This is included in the registration fee for participants. Buffet tickets are available for booking at the time of conference registration. However the free buffet tickets must be pre-booked (in order to organize the event) and cannot be purchased at the conference.

Join us for a reception hosted by the City of Stockholm and the City Council at Stockholm City Hall, the venue for the Nobel Prize dinner! A buffet will be served followed by a guided tour of the building. This reception is given by courtesy of the city of Stockholm and the City Council.
